These include but are not limited to: Medicaid re-design; the Affordable Care Act; managed care; connections to the planning and implementation of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics; and the use of the SAMHSA/CMCS Behavioral Health Information Bulletin on coverage for youth behavioral health services (e.g., intensive care coordination, respite care, mobile crisis intervention).

  • Eligible Activities 7.1 Subject to the provisions of this Article, the PERFORMING PARTY agrees to complete all Grant Activities as described in the Scope of Work and in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Scope of Activities Transmission planning activities will be coordinated in accordance with the Amended and Restated Northeast ISO/RTO Planning Coordination Protocol (“Protocol”), between and among PJM Interconnection, L.L.C., the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. and ISO New England Inc., effective as of December 12, 2004 as amended on July 10, 2013.

  • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership. None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.

  • Cease Activities Upon receiving a notice of termination of this Grant, Grantee must immediately cease all activities under this Grant, unless Agency expressly directs otherwise in such notice. Upon termination, Grantee must deliver to Agency all materials or other property that are or would be required to be provided to Agency under this Grant or that are needed to complete the Project activities that would have been performed by Grantee.
