Notification of Return to Work. 17.11.1 Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, a member on any leave of absence shall notify the appropriate management person of the approximate date the member intends to return to service and verify the exact date as soon as it is known, but in no case later than 1:30 P.M. of the work day prior to the member's return to service.

Notification of Return to Work. If the employee’s absence is longer than a day, they must contact a member of the management team the day before they are due to return to work, to confirm and clarify their start time. Please note in some cases it may be necessary for the employee to see their doctor and obtain a certificate to indicate that they are fit to work before they return.
