Notices and Contacts. Each Party shall identify one Project Manager for each Project in the applicable Statement of Work. Unless this QFIA expressly requires notice in accordance with this Section 5.1 (Notices and Contacts) or unless Interconnection Operating Procedures apply, a Party may provide notice as reasonable in the circumstance.
