Definition of Technical Matters

  1. Technical Matters means all matters relating to (1) Test Program transfer, evaluation and release, (2) probe card/loadboard configuration, (3)determination of gross/ net die per wafer, (4) determination of test time,(5) tester platform and package information, (6) test flow, (7) bonding diagram, (8) marking instructions, (9) assembly process flow requirements, (10) assembly qualification approval, (11) bill of material, and (12) such other matters that the Parties may mutually designate in writing as Technical Matters.
