If Generator contends the change is substantive, Generator must provide written notice within 10 Business Days and GPC will prepare an Amendment for signing by both Parties. Administrative Change. In 2003, at the request of the Orange County Chiefs’ & Sheriff’s Association, the administrative oversight of OCILJ grant monies, originally obtained by the OCSD, was transferred from the County of Orange to the City of Newport Beach. The City of Newport Beach, through the Chief of the Newport Beach Police Department, had consistently been at the forefront of OCILJ efforts.
Administrative Change. The modification of an existing circuit, at request of the Customer, that involves changes to Customer name, Customer contact name, Customer phone number, verification of testing performed by parties other than Verizon, service rearrangements not involving a physical change.

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration. All administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver.
