Notice to Participants. Promptly after the allocations herein described shall be completed, the Committee shall advise each Participant in writing of the fair market value of the Stock and other Fund assets then credited to his Company Contributions Account.
Notice to Participants about Processing of Personal Information
Notice to Participants. Before engaging in the contract bid process for third party vendors that is anticipated by the procedures to be developed by the Development Manager as described in Section 4.2.1, the Development Manager shall provide prior written notice to each of the Participants that it has determined to utilize a third party vendor for certain Development Work. Such notice shall include (i) the scope and specifications of the Development Work to be performed, (ii) the qualifications required of the third party vendor,
Notice to Participants. Any notice or other communication given by the Manager or the Trustee to any Participant shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given for all purposes by being sent by prepaid post to the Participant at the address which last appears in the register of Unit Holders kept in accordance with the Trust Deed.
Notice to Participants. As soon as practicable following the Committee’s determination in accordance with Sections 10.5(a) and (b), the Company shall notify each Participant of the determination of the Committee.
Notice to Participants. 8.5.1 If this Agreement is terminated, FCHN shall require Payors to give written notice of the termination and of the right to obtain Continuity of Care benefits to those Participants that the Payors know or reasonably should know are under the care of Facility. The notice may be given prior to the effective date of termination of this Agreement only if the Payors give notice in a good faith belief that the termination will take effect as stated in the notice. In any event, FCHN will require Payors to give notice to the Participants described above not later than the 10th day after the effective date of termination of this Agreement. If a Payor first learns the identity of an affected Participant after the effective date of termination of this Agreement or after the date on which the Payor gave notice to other affected Participants, then FCHN shall require the Payor to give notice of termination to the affected Participant not later than the 10th day after learning that Participant’s identity.
Notice to Participants. If the Company receives a Transfer Notice, the Board must without delay give to each Participant a notice which states:

Within a reasonable period of time before coverage begins, you will give Participants the information and documents they need to obtain benefits under this Agreement, including any definition of “dependent” that varies from the definition set forth in Section 1.6. You shall further arrange for a representative to serve as a liaison between you and Participants. Such representative shall disseminate to Participants with the next regular written communication sent to Participants, but in no event later than thirty (30) days following your receipt of any notice intended for Participants that you receive from us pursuant to this Agreement. Such representative shall also disseminate to Participants all applicable Combined Evidences of Coverage and Disclosure Forms, brochures, newsletters and other materials and information relating to our EAP Benefit Plan, when requested by us. In the event either party provides written notice of termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 8.2, you will promptly notify all Participants of the impending discontinuance of our services by promptly mailing notice of termination to each Participant in accordance with Section 8.2. You will promptly notify Participants who fail to meet the eligibility guidelines set by you.
Notice to Participants. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to furnish each Participant, by personal delivery or first class mail, the following information not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days prior to his commencement of benefits:
