Notice of Meeting. The Trust will furnish to the Agents, at the same time as it is dispatched, a copy of notice of any meeting of the holders of Notes which is called to consider any matter which is material in the context of the Trust.
Notice of Meeting. Notice of a meeting called pursuant to Section 14.4 shall be given to the Record Holders of the class or classes of Partnership Interests in writing by mail or other means of written communication in accordance with Section 15.2 and shall include details of any proposal or other matter required by any provision of this Agreement or Law to be submitted for the consideration and approval of the Limited Partners. The notice shall be deemed to have been given at the time when deposited in the mail or sent by other means of written communication. In addition, notices of special meetings pursuant to Section 14.4 shall be delivered, announced and/or published to the extent required for the Partnership to comply with applicable Law, including any rules of any Securities Exchange.
Notice of Meeting. (A) Operator may call a meeting of the Operating Committee by giving notice to the Parties at least fifteen (15) Days in advance of such meeting.
(B) Any Non-Operator may request a meeting of the Operating Committee by giving notice to all the other Parties. Upon receiving such request, Operator shall call such meeting for a date not less than fifteen (15) Days nor more than twenty (20) Days after receipt of the request.
(C) The notice periods above may only be waived with the unanimous consent of all the Parties.
Notice of Meeting. Written notice of a meeting of Members shall be sent or otherwise given to each Member not less than ten (10) nor more than sixty (60) days before the date of the meeting. The notice shall specify the place, date and hour of the meeting and the general nature of the business to be transacted. No other business may be transacted at such meeting without the consent of all Members. Upon written request to the General Manager by any Person entitled to call a meeting of Members, the General Manager shall immediately cause notice to be given to the Members entitled to vote that a meeting will be held at a time requested by the Person calling the meeting, not less than ten (10) days nor more than sixty (60) days after the receipt of the request. If the notice is not given within twenty (20) days after the receipt of the request, the Person entitled to call the meeting may give the notice.
Notice of Meeting. Notice of any meeting of Partners will be given to each Limited Partner not less than 21 days (but not more than 60 days) prior to the meeting, and will state:
(a) the time, date and place of the meeting; and
(b) in general terms, the nature of the business to be transacted at the meeting in sufficient detail to permit a Partner to make a reasoned decision on that business. Notice of an adjourned meeting of Partners need not be given if the adjourned meeting is held within 14 days of the original meeting. Otherwise, but subject to Section 10.13, notice of adjourned meetings will be given not less than 10 days in advance of the adjourned meeting and otherwise in accordance with this section, except that the notice need not specify the nature of the business to be transacted if unchanged from the original meeting.
Notice of Meeting. (a) A notice of meeting, stating the place (if any), day and hour of the meeting, and the means of remote communication, if any, by which Members and proxy holders may be deemed to be present in person and vote at such meeting, shall be prepared and delivered by the Company not less than twenty (20) days and not more than sixty (60) days before the date of the meeting, either personally, by mail or, to the extent and in the manner permitted by applicable law, electronically, to each Member of record. In the case of special meetings, the notice shall state the purpose or purposes for which such special meeting is called. Such further notice shall be given as may be required by applicable law. Any previously scheduled meeting of the Members may be postponed, and (unless this Agreement otherwise provides) any special meeting of the Members may be canceled, by resolution of the Board of Directors upon public notice given prior to the time previously scheduled for such meeting of Members. Any notice of meeting given to Members pursuant to this Section 9.5 shall be effective if given by a form of electronic transmission consented to by the Member to whom the notice is given. Any such consent shall be revocable by the Member by written notice to the Company and shall also be deemed revoked if (1) the Company is unable to deliver by electronic transmission two consecutive notices given by the Company in accordance with such consent, and (2) such inability becomes known to the Secretary of the Company, the Transfer Agent or other person responsible for the giving of notice; provided, that, the inadvertent failure to treat such inability as a revocation shall not invalidate any meeting or other action.
(b) Notice to Members shall be given personally, by mail or, to the extent and in the manner permitted by applicable law, electronically to each Member of record. If mailed, such notice shall be delivered by postage prepaid envelope directed to each holder at such Member’s address as it appears in the records of the Company and shall be deemed given when deposited in the United States mail.
(c) In order that the Company may determine the Members entitled to notice of or to vote at any meeting of Members or any adjournment thereof, the Board of Directors may fix a record date, which record date shall not precede the date upon which the resolution fixing the record date is adopted by the Board of Directors, and which record date shall not be more than sixty (60) or fewe...
Notice of Meeting. Written notice, stating the place, day and hour of the meeting and the purpose or purposes for which the meeting is called shall be delivered not less than ten (10) days nor more than two (2) months before the date of the meeting, either personally or by mail by or at the direction of the Person or Persons calling the meeting, to each Member of record entitled to vote at such meeting.
Notice of Meeting. Written or telephonic notice stating the place, day and hour of the meeting of the Members and, in case of a special meeting, the purposes for which the meeting is called, shall be delivered not less than five (5) days before the date of the meeting, either personally, by mail, or by facsimile transmission, to each Member of record. If mailed, such notice shall be deemed to be delivered when deposited in the United States mail, addressed to the Members at her, his or their address as it appears on the books of the Company, with postage thereon prepaid. When all the Members of the Company are present at any meeting, or if those not present sign in writing a waiver of notice of such meeting, or subsequently ratify all the proceedings thereof, the transactions of such meeting are as valid as if a meeting were formally called and notice had been given.
Notice of Meeting. Subject to Section 16.4 hereof, notice of the time and place of each meeting of Unitholders shall be given not less than 21 days before the day on which the meeting is to be held to each Unitholder of record at 4:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the day on which the notice is given. Notice of a meeting of Unitholders shall state the general nature of the matters to be considered by the meeting. The Trustee, the Auditors and any Investment Manager of the Trust are entitled to receive all notices and other communications relating to any meeting of Unitholders that any Unitholder is entitled to receive and shall be entitled to attend at any meeting of Unitholders.
Notice of Meeting. Notice of all meetings of Shareholders, stating the time, place and purposes of the meeting, shall be given by the Trustees to each Shareholder of record entitled to vote thereat at the time and in the manner specified in the By-Laws. Only the business stated in the notice of the meeting shall be considered at such meeting. Any adjourned meeting may be held as adjourned one or more times without further notice not later than 180 days after the record date.
