Examples of Meeting of Members in a sentence
At least ten (10) days’ notice of any Meeting of Members must be given in writing, by electronic and/or postal means, such notice to include any proposed resolutions and sufficient information about the matters to be discussed to allow each Member to form a reasoned judgment about such matters.
Fifty (50%) percent of Members or six (6) Members, whichever is greater, present in person or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum at a Meeting of Members.
A Member may, by means of a written proxy, appoint a proxy holder to attend and act at a specific Meeting of Members, in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy.
Any Meeting of Members, the Board or a Committee may be temporarily adjourned at any time and from time to time.
Each Member present or represented by proxy at a Meeting of Members shall have the right to exercise one (1) vote.
