A period of time is to be computed as beginning on the day following the event that began the period and ending at 4:30 p.m. (Toronto Time) on the last day of the period, if the last day of the period is a Business Day, or at 4:30 p.m. (Toronto Time) on the next Business Day if the last day of the period is not a Business Day.

The vested portion of this Option may be exercised, in whole at any time or in part from time to time, commencing June 21, 2008, and prior to 5:00 P.M., Toronto Time, on June 20, 2017, by the Option-holder by the surrender of this Option (with the subscription form provided by the Company duly executed) to the Company at its principal office, together with proper payment of the Option Price times the number of shares of Common Stock to be received.
