Adjourned Meeting. The Chairman may, with the consent of (and shall if directed by) any Meeting, adjourn such Meeting from time to time and from place to place, but no business shall be transacted at any adjourned Meeting except business which might lawfully have been transacted at the Meeting from which the adjournment took place.

Adjourned Meeting. At the adjourned meeting, two Warrantholders present in person or by proxy shall form a quorum and may transact any business for which the meeting was originally convened notwithstanding the number of Series B Warrants that they hold.

Adjourned Meeting. Any Members' meeting, whether or not a quorum is present, may be adjourned from time to time by the vote of the majority of the Membership Interests represented at that meeting, either in person or by proxy, but in the absence of a quorum, no other business may be transacted at that meeting, except as provided in Section 17.1(f).
