Common use of Notice of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Notice of Meeting. Written notice, stating the place, day and hour of the meeting and the purpose or purposes for which the meeting is called shall be delivered not less than ten (10) days nor more than two (2) months before the date of the meeting, either personally or by mail by or at the direction of the Person or Persons calling the meeting, to each Member of record entitled to vote at such meeting.

Notice of Meeting. If mailed, such notice will be deemed to vote at such meetingbe delivered as provided in paragraph 13 below.
