Bargaining Unit Position definition

Bargaining Unit Position means a position within the bargaining unit and subject to this Agreement.
Bargaining Unit Position means any position of teaching, demonstrating, tutoring or marking in certificate or degree programs conducted by the University of Manitoba when and for the period of time the position is staffed by a University of Manitoba student.
Bargaining Unit Position means a Position in the Clerk’s Office that is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Examples of Bargaining Unit Position in a sentence

  • Full-time Faculty (Bargaining Unit) Position – A full-time position in the bargaining unit represented by AAUP as defined in Article 1.

  • Where a staffing competition is held to fill a Bargaining Unit Position, Members will be given first priority over candidates where they are rated equal.

  • Full-time Faculty (Bargaining Unit) Position – A full-time position in the bargaining unit represented by AAUP as defined in Article I.

  • Within thirty (30) calendar days from an employee's date of hire into a bargaining unit position, the Employer shall forward to the Union a copy of the form entitled "Notice of Appointment to Bargaining Unit Position," or such other form agreed upon by the parties, which shall include the name and address of the new employee as furnished by the employee.

  • For purposes of this Article, the following terms are defined: Full-time Faculty (Bargaining Unit) Position – A full-time position in the bargaining unit represented by AAUP as defined in Article 1.

  • All Bargaining Unit Positions within ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Fire Rescue shall be filled by Bargaining Unit employees; except where career members of the Fire Rescue Administration work in a Bargaining Unit Position due to but not limited to: vacancies, shortages, training or budget shortfalls.

More Definitions of Bargaining Unit Position

Bargaining Unit Position means a Position in the Clerk’s Office that is covered by the CBA.
Bargaining Unit Position means any AEA position that is included in the aforementioned bargaining unit as designated in Article I of this Agreement.
