Monthly Salary Rate. The amount expressly approved by ASU in writing for calculation of the amount Construction Manager-at-risk may charge to the Project as Cost of the Work (except for General Conditions Work to the extent those costs are reimbursable on the basis of fixed costs) in Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of Construction Manager-at-risk’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project.
