Billing Rate. Should services be necessary after the expiration of contract duration, they can be provided in accordance with the Billing Rates as provided in Exhibit “A”.
Billing Rate. SMUD will compensate Contractor based on the rate(s) set forth in Schedule 1 hereto. Schedule 1 sets forth the billing rate (“Billing Rate”) for each Temporary Position. SMUD will pay Contractor the Billing Rate multiplied by the number of hours authorized by SMUD and actually worked by each Employee under this Agreement. Billing Rate. All usage on the Dual Meter will be billed at $.075 /kWh, when minimum requirements are met. The monthly facility charge for the Dual Meter is $7.50. • Heating Season Minimums: A minimum of 5,000 kWh’s must be used on the Dual Meter during the months of October through May to demonstrate the use of electricity for the building’s heating requirements. If less than 5,000 kWh’s are used for the heating season, then the kWhs for the following June-September shall be billed at $.1033/kWh used on the Dual Meter. The minimum monthly charge shall be $22.50 per meter (the cost of 200 kWhs plus the Facilities Charge) from October through May. Billing Rate. On the last day of each month during the Term, the Company shall pay the Consultant a fee equal to $12,500.00 for the services performed during such month. The aggregate compensation to be paid to Consultant during the Term shall be equal to $50,000.00.
Billing Rate. The hourly billing rate for each BLDS Director will be agreed by the Managing Director and the President of LECG. LECG understands that these hourly rates may change on a case-by-case basis, differ in different geographic markets, and be modified over time. Each BLDS Director agrees, however, to seek approval of any changes or variations to his individual billing rate with the President or Chairman of LECG prior to implementing such changes.
Billing Rate. The Contractee will pay to the Port the hourly rate of [current hourly salaries plus benefits], for the Services provided herein. In addition to the hourly rate, the Contractee also shall pay to the Port a management/overhead fee equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of the amount billed to Contractee by the Port. The hourly rate for the Assigned Individual may increase in the future, which shall be effective upon the Port’s thirty (30) calendar day advance written notice to Contractee.
Billing Rate. The first term of the Aclara Network Freedom Fees shall be invoiced upon full execution of this Agreement; and invoiced annually, in advance, for each Renewal Period as set forth in the Maintenance Agreement and Schedule J, of the Maintenance Agreement.
