Individual Cases definition
Individual Cases means cases filed by persons that are set forth in Short Form Complaints and the Master Complaint, in accordance with the order dated November 17, 2017. (ECF No. 260.)
Examples of Individual Cases in a sentence
Convey the outcome of the Individual Cases meeting within 5 working days of the meeting and advise the requesting clinician of what steps could be taken if they, or their patient, are unhappy with the outcome.
