Work Space Sample Clauses

Work Space. If the University requires that the assigned duties of an employee be performed in a specific on-campus location, other than the computer center or the library, the University shall provide space for such assignment. If practicable, space shall be provided where private consultations with employee's students, if any, may be held. Before an employee's work space location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's work space to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified.
Work Space. Adjunct faculty shall be provided with the opportunity to utilize general common area office space on each campus in order to meet students and to prepare and store instructional materials. As individual colleges and continuing education campuses expand and renovate existing facilities, they shall include adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans. Such work areas shall include at a minimum: a work station or table, a chair, a visitor’s chair, nearby access to a phone, nearby access to a computer with internet and District network access, nearby access to a printer, and campus access to a scanner. Individual colleges shall consider adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans.
Work Space. STUDENT will have an appropriate space at the AGENCY site in which to conduct his/her assigned work. AGENCY will provide access and training for any and all equipment necessary for STUDENT to fulfill his/her role.
Work Space. Departments shall provide Graduate Employees with work space and equipment appropriate to perform their duties. The assigned work space shall be provided the same services as for other similar spaces within the department or building, including maintenance and custodial services. When appropriate, departments shall also provide space for Graduate Employees to hold private meetings with students. Departments without adequate space shall be responsible for finding and reserving space for Graduate Employees to conduct private meetings with students. Departments shall designate a contact person for all work space related issues. Graduate Employees may request work space maintenance and additional work space or equipment necessary to perform their duties (such as general work space, secure storage for confidential files or personal items, private meeting space, and access to telephones, computers, office supplies, photocopies, and printouts) from this contact person. The request and the decision on such a request should be made in writing.
Work Space. The agency will make every reasonable effort to provide work space that comports with OSHA and ANSI standards and, in doing so, may consider other generally acceptable standards, to the extent that such standards do not conflict with OSHA and ANSI standards or with each other. Should the Agency decide to change employee workspace including ergonomic furniture, the Agency will provide notice and bargain to the extent required by 5 USC 71.

Work Space. It is recognized that Team Leaders are primarily involved within the physical setting of the module. With this understanding, every effort will be made to assure a specific, consistent and HIPAA compliant workspace with phone, computer and locking file access. Local PIA Teams will assess space availability and determine solutions to identified problems. If the local PIA Team is unable to come to agreement, the issue will be escalated to Service Area PIA’s (Partnership In Action teams).
Work Space. Buyer will provide Supplier with the physical space at Buyer’s site necessary to reasonably to perform the Services.
