Salary Range. The salary range for classifications covered by this Agreement shall be those contained in Appendix A. In the event that bargaining unit employees are assigned to newly created or newly added bargaining unit classes during the term of this Agreement, the salary range for such class shall be subject to mutual agreement between the Union and the Employer.
Salary Range. The salary range shall be as shown on the grid in Appendix A of the Provincial Common Agreement.
Salary Range. The Salary Range prior to any increases provided pursuant to this agreement shall be $42,622 to $81,181, not including current year increases or TRF contributions. The base salary range for the 2019-2020 school year, after increases negotiated in this agreement, is from $43,000 to $83,725.

Salary Range. The minimum and maximum base salaries which may be paid to an employee working in a classification in accordance with the salary grade to which the classification is allocated.
Salary Range. The salary range for teachers hired at the beginning of 2020-21 is $38,948 to $67,923. The Superintendent has the discretion to set the new hire salary within this range, but the salary cannot exceed the salary of a veteran teacher with similar experience and education credentials. Any salary increase is based on the following criteria: no more than 33.33% of the payment is based upon the teacher gaining additional year of degree or hours in the content area as defined in Article III and no less than 66.67% of the payment is based upon the teacher not receiving a rating of ineffective or needs improvement on the most recent evaluation.
Salary Range. Please refer to Appendix A of the Common Agreement for the 2014-2019 salary scale. The salary range for each of the categories described in Section 4.01 shall be as follows: Minimum Maximum Maximum Initial Placement Initial Placement Salary Employees in Category 1 who qualify for advanced placement under Article 5.01 while at or prior to reaching Step 3 of the new scale shall progress from Step 3 to Step 2 and then Step 1 on their increment date. Employees in Category 1 who qualify for advanced placement under Article 5.01 while at Step 2A of the new scale shall progress from Step 2A to Step 2 and then to Step 1 on their increment date.
Salary Range. Effective the pay period including February 1, 2019, the salary ranges shall consist of six (6) five- percent (5%) steps, namely Step “A”, Step “B”, Step “C”, Step “D”, Step “E”, and Step “F”.
Salary Range. An individual employee of the Wichita School System will be placed on a range as identified in the Board-approved Classified Personnel Classification Plan. The exact step on the range will be determined by the Division of Human Resources after consideration of the individual's prior work, education and/or training.
