Student Work definition

Student Work means any seminar work, Bachelor’s thesis, Master’s thesis, doctoral thesis, project or other works assigned to the students of the FIT BUT as a part of performance of their study duties.
Student Work means course work or a thesis, or any other original work (including articles) utilising Project information, confidential or otherwise, created specifically by the Student for assessment purposes. Term means the term of this Agreement, as described in clause 3.1.
Student Work means a thesis, or any other original work utilising Project information, confidential or otherwise, created specifically by the Student for assessment purposes (as opposed to being an item produced for the Project that is then also submitted for assessment to meet course work requirements).

Examples of Student Work in a sentence

  • Examples of misuse include derogatory cartoons, perpetuation of false stereotypes, and depictions of sacred imagery out of context.

  • Publishing of Student Work and Photographs From time to time, student work and photographs may be published on the school’s Intranet.

  • A contract or waiver, signed personally by the Student, must be in place prior to the creation of any Student Work in order for such work(s) to be deemed a Sponsored, Externally Contracted, or Directed Work.

More Definitions of Student Work

Student Work means course work or a thesis, or any other original work (including articles) utilising Project information, confidential or otherwise, created specifically by the Student for assessment purposes. Term means the term of this Agreement, as described in clause 2. Third Party IPR means any IPR which are owned by a party other than the parties to this Agreement existing in information, data, techniques, know-how, results, inventions, software, discoveries and materials (regardless of the form or medium in which they are disclosed or stored), that is: provided by one party to another party for use in the Project; incorporated into the Project IP; or otherwise required in order for the other party to exercise their rights to the Project IP under this Agreement, but does not include a Research Tool. Unexpected Event means in relation to a party: any act or omission of a third party (other than that party's subcontractors or suppliers) that is beyond the reasonable control of that party; fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or act of God; war, riot, civil disorder, rebellion, revolution or, a terrorist act as defined in section 100.1 of the Criminal Code Xxx 0000 (Cth); or pandemic, but in each case only if, and to the extent that, the non-performing party is without fault in causing the event and the event or its effects could not have been prevented by: invoking any relevant business continuity plan or disaster recovery plan; appropriate workload management practices; and any other prudent back-up or recovery procedures. University means the party to this Agreement identified in item 1 of the Details Schedule. University Material means the Material made available by the University for the Project, including that which is identified in section 5 of Schedule 3 and includes any Research Tools. Use unless otherwise set out in section 2 of Schedule 3, means to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, communicate, broadcast, distribute or publish in each case solely within the party's own organisation and any of its Affiliates and includes sublicensing such rights for Use within the party's own organisation and any of its Affiliates, and excludes Commercialisation or publication outside of the party and its Affiliates.

Student Work means a papers, computer programs, thesies, dissertations, artistic and musical works, and other creative works made by University students that are produced outside any University employment, and are not Sponsored or Externally Contracted Works. Notes of classroom and laboratory lectures and exercises taken by sStudents shall not be deemed a Student Works.
Student Work means intellectual property created by the student individually or as a contributor to a group project.
