Minimum Hours of Operation. Concessionaire shall be obligated to operate each Unit as follows: (i) if such Unit is located on the departure level of the Terminal, Minimum Hours of Operation shall be at least one hour before the first scheduled departure from such Terminal until the last departure of the day from such Terminal, without exception and (ii) if such Unit is located on the arrival level of the Terminal, Minimum Hours of Operation shall be from the first scheduled arrival at such Terminal to at least an hour after the last scheduled arrival at such Terminal, without exception. Except in connection with the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement (including any partial termination with respect to any Unit), Concessionaire may not vacate or abandon any Unit at any time.

For each of the Minimum Dates of Operation, Licensee shall open its vending cart before 11:00 a.m. during the months of June through August, and shall open before 12:00 p.m. during the months of September through May. Carts must remain open a minimum of eight (8) hours each day (“Minimum Hours of Operation”). In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances which reasonably prevent Licensee from open during the Minimum Dates of Operation or Minimum Hours of Operation, Licensee shall notify the City in writing within three (3) business days of closure.

Minimum Hours of Operation. CONCESSIONAIRE shall be obligated to operate the facilities for the hours which are defined in this Section until such time as the Director requests that hours be extended or authorizes hours to be altered. The initial minimum hours each day shall be as follows: Concession Facilities Space shall open for business no later than one and one-half (1.5) hours prior to the first flight of the day and shall remain open until after the last departure of the last scheduled flight of the day.

Licensee shall notify the City before 10:00 a.m. on any day when inclement weather prevents operation, and notify the City prior to closing early due to inclement weather.
Minimum Hours of Operation. The intent of the lease of the facility on public property is for the operation of a Teen Center, therefore it is expected that there will be a minimum number of hours per week that the facility is open and available for that purpose. It is expected that the tenant’s teen center operations will include approximately 35 hours per month during the school year during which the teen center is open and able to serve the community’s youth population. Tenant will be required to provide an annual report regarding the number of hours the facility was open and available for use as a teen center during the prior year. If it is reported that the facility was not open or was open and available for significantly fewer hours than anticipated, lease (City) has the authority to renegotiate the contract.
Minimum Hours of Operation. (Health Center) will provide nursing services during school hours. (Health Center) will provide primary health care services designed to meet the health and health related needs of the students of (Targeted School), for a minimum of thirty (_30 ) hours per week.

Lessee shall operate the City Uses Area so that it is open and available for public entry and viewing of the exhibits and public meetings during the following “open building” times: [public availability for meeting / exhibit space.] Lessee may adjust the above schedule with the written approval of the City’s Project Manager, but with the intent to keep the City Uses Area open for public use at least the same number of hours per week.
