Concession Facilities definition

Concession Facilities means all Area lands assigned to the Concessioner under this Contract and all real property improvements assigned to or constructed by the Concessioner under this Contract. The United States retains title and ownership to all Concession Facilities.
Concession Facilities means all areas of the Stadium and the Plaza where concession services take place.
Concession Facilities means capital improvements provided by the Concessioner at the Concessioners’ expense for the purposes of a concession contract. It does not include any rights to a permanent interest in the land.

Examples of Concession Facilities in a sentence

  • Within 30 days after receipt of the notification of the selection of the New Concessioner, The Concessioner shall provide the New Concessioner with a financial report with respect to the operation of the Concession Facilities and the Concessioner’s operations in general as of the last day of the month prior to receipt of such notification.

  • Such financial report shall include, at a minimum: a balance sheet for the Concession Facilities, if any; a schedule of pending accounts payable; and a schedule of pending accounts receivable.

  • The use of insurance proceeds for repair or replacement of Concession Facilities will not alter their character as properties of the United States and, notwithstanding any provision of this Contract to the contrary, the Concessioner shall gain no ownership, Leasehold Surrender Interest or other compensable interest as a result of the use of these insurance proceeds.

  • The Concessioner also shall provide the New Concessioner copies of the keys to all Concession Facilities.


More Definitions of Concession Facilities

Concession Facilities means these portions of the Sports Facility (other than the Space), used for the preparation, storage, display and sale of food, beverages, and other products at events.
Concession Facilities. ' means all concession stands and booths, beer gardens, concession storage and dressing rooms, loading docks and facilities, gift shops and concession offices which are presently located in the Baseball Facility or may hereafter be constructed, relocated or expanded within the Baseball Facility.
Concession Facilities means nonpermanent fixtures, furnishings and equipment associated with the operation of the Concession and approved administratively by the City Manager and by the required City Departments for placement on the City right-of-way, including tables, chairs, umbrellas, planters, heaters, fans, rolling service stations, service carts, bussing stations, menus, and/or menu boards. Photographs, drawings, or manufacturer's brochures fully describing the appearance and dimensions of all proposed tables, chairs, umbrellas, and any other Concession Facilities related to the operation of the Concession shall be provided by Concessionaire and attached to this Agreement, along with invoices and proof of payment (if Concessionaire wishes to claim entitlement to payment after a termination without cause) as Exhibit B.

Concession Facilities means improvements constructed by the CONCESSIONAIRE on the Premises for the purpose of operating the ATM concession.
Concession Facilities. The facilities located in the areas depicted in Exhibit A of this Agreement and explicitly marked as “Concession Facilities,” which Exhibit is attached and made a part of this Agreement, and including specifically, the dining room and associated bar (“Dining Room”), outdoor deck, separate banquet and meeting rooms(i.e. Fireside, Mesa, Full Banquet, referred to collectively as the “Banquet Areas”), wedding ceremony garden, and the kitchen and associated cold and dry storage areas (“Kitchen Area”).

Related to Concession Facilities

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.
