Adverse Weather Conditions definition

Adverse Weather Conditions means any weather condition, i.e. cold temperature, rain, snow, strong winds, which may cause or result in street conditions requiring cleaning over and above normal accumulation of debris prior to acceptance of the Work by the City;
Adverse Weather Conditions means weather and sea conditions actually experienced at or near the Sabine Pass Facility that are sufficiently severe either: (a) to prevent an LNG Vessel from proceeding to berth, or unloading or departing from berth, in accordance with one or more of the following: (i) regulations published by a Governmental Authority; (ii) an Approval; or (iii) an order of a Pilot; or (b) to cause an actual determination by the master of an LNG Vessel that it is unsafe for such vessel to berth, unload or depart from berth.
Adverse Weather Conditions means weather and/or sea conditions actually experienced that are sufficiently severe to prevent an LNG Ship from proceeding to berth, unloading or departing from berth in accordance with the weather standards prescribed in published regulations in effect at the Discharge Port, or by order of the harbour master.

More Definitions of Adverse Weather Conditions

Adverse Weather Conditions means weather and/or sea conditions actually experienced that are, or are reasonably anticipated by the Port Authority and/or Harbour Master to become, sufficiently severe:
Adverse Weather Conditions means rainfall, lightning or wind at the Site (including the preparation for and effects thereof) which, as mutually agreed in writing by either Contractor’s Site Manager and Owner’s Site Manager or Contractor Representative and Owner Representative, reasonably prevents a significant majority of the planned Work at the Site from being safely executed, and which therefore requires Contractor to evacuate or stand down seventy percent (70%) (or more) of Contractor’s direct craft workforce for a Day.

Adverse Weather Conditions means weather and/or sea conditions forecast or experienced which exceed the weather and/or sea limits set out in any port operations manual (including the Operations Manual) applicable at the FSRU Terminal during which the master (a) moves or removes or disconnects from berth the Vessel ; and/or (b) orders a full or partial cessation of operations on the Vessel, in each case for reasons of safety of the Vessel and/or the safety of those on board the Vessel or LNG Carrier
Adverse Weather Conditions means weather and/or sea conditions actually experienced that are sufficiently severe to (a) prevent an LNG VESSEL from proceeding to berth, unloading LNG, remaining berthed or departing from the berth in accordance with weather standards prescribed in published regulations in effect at the JOHOR PORT AUTHORITY and by the order of MMS, or (b) cause a reasonable determination by the MASTER of such LNG VESSEL that it would be unsafe for such LNG VESSEL to proceed to berth, unload LNG, remain at, or depart the berth; AFFECTED PARTY AFFILIATE shall have the meaning set forth in AA 22.1 means a person (other than a PARTY) who directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, a PARTY to a TERMINAL USE AGREEMENT, and for such purposes the terms "control", "controlled by" and other derivatives shall means the direct or indirect ownership of fifty per cent (50%) or more of the voting rights in a person; AIAC shall have the meaning set forth in AA 38.2; ALL FAST means, in respect of an LNG VESSEL, the time when such LNG VESSEL is safely moored with all mooring lines attached to the berth at the LNG jetty to the satisfaction of OPERATOR and the MASTER of such LNG VESSEL; ALLOWED RELOADING TIME means, in respect of an LNG VESSEL, the period specified in AA 8.4(a)(ii) for an LNG VESSEL of the same maximum cargo capacity (as that period may be extended pursuant to AA 8.4(f)); ALLOWED UNLOADING TIME means, in respect of an LNG VESSEL, the period specified in AA 8.4(a)(i) for an LNG VESSEL of the same maximum cargo capacity (as that period may be extended pursuant to AA 8.4(f); ANNUAL CONTRACT QUANTITY or ACQ means, for a particular CONTRACT YEAR, but subject to adjustment in accordance with the terms of the TERMINAL USE AGREEMENT (including for the avoidance of doubt any adjustments as a result of a PARTIAL SERVICE TRANSFER or interruption in the availability of a CAPACITY USER'S daily firm contractual entitlement), the quantity (expressed in m3) of NATURAL GAS and/or LNG (reduced on a pro rata basis in respect of any CONTRACT YEAR of less than 365 days) which a CAPACITY USER is entitled under its TERMINAL USE AGREEMENT to have:
