Exhibit Space. Exhibitors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the space allotted, nor represent, advertise or distribute literature for the product or services of any other firm or individual except as approved in writing by Show Management.

Exhibit Space. MH requires ARENA to provide a mutually agreeable amount of exhibit space, to include, but not be limited to, space for the display of tournament brackets, during the Region or State Tournament.

Exhibit Space. All interior exhibit Space consists of 10-foot by 10-foot Units unless otherwise noted on the floor plan, as measured from the center of the vertical aluminum supports and aisle posts. Each Unit is furnished with aluminum supports and aisle posts with an 8-foot-high back curtain and a 3-foot-high side curtain from which flame proofed cloth drapes are suspended, except for double end spaces. For every 10 linear feet of back curtain, a 20 amp/110-volt electrical outlet will be provided upon request for use in the Facility. All electrical equipment is provided by Kitsap County and must be left in the booth(s). Any lost equipment is subject to a $70.00 fee. An 8-foot table and one (1) chair are provided when requested on the Exhibitor order form. Standard booth configuration, as described in the construction specifications and requirement, will be acceptable for display in the Exhibition, with no further acknowledgments. Any Exhibitor’s Space which does not conform to the construction specifications and/or the electrical requirements will require review and approval by the KBA Exhibition Committee (the “Committee”). Excess electrical usage may result in KBA turning off electrical devices in Exhibitor Space(s). All Spaces are subject to availability and final assignment by the Committee.
Exhibit Space. Exhibit space includes: a 6’x 24” draped table (optional), one chair (optional), and power (one 120 V 600 watt drop per space). If the Exhibitor requires more power, they should inform Event Management and additional fees may apply.
Exhibit Space. Each Exhibit Space is an area 10’ wide x 10’ deep in size, located on the conference floor at the hotel. Acceptance of this Agreement is for floor space availability only. Exhibit space, location and layout are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and will be at ICN’s discretion.
Exhibit Space. If approved by WEF, the Exhibit Space shall be used solely by the Exhibitor whose name appears on this Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract. The Exhibitor will not sublet or assign any portion of same or share the Exhibit Space allotted with another Exhibitor, individual, business, or firm. Exhibit Space is assigned after a completed Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract is received by WEF. Space is assigned on a date-received basis. WEF reserves the right to assign, designate or change Exhibit Space locations. WEF reserves the right to reassign exhibit space and to modify the floor plan. All invoices due to WEF must be paid prior to the assignment or occupation of exhibit space or exhibitor demonstrations. If, during the Event, the Exhibitor is in violation of this License, WEF has, at any time, the right to regain the immediate possession of any Exhibit Space. Further, WEF reserves the right to this License and to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in this Event. WEF does not guarantee any specific result including but not limited to any specific number of leads, sales, visits, views, or any form of interaction with the exhibit because of this License, exhibiting at the WEF Collection Systems and Stormwater Conference. A lack of engagement with an exhibitor’s exhibit will not be grounds for any form of refund or compensation. EXHIBIT SPACE FLOOR LAYOUT & DESIGN WEF reserves the right to assign, designate or change Exhibit Space locations. The aisles belong to WEF unless otherwise noted. Neither exhibits nor advertising material will be permitted to protrude into the aisles. End cap Exhibit Space is not permitted as the back wall blocks the line of sight to other in-line Exhibit Spaces in the same aisle. WEF reserves the right to control and prohibit any disturbing noises produced by an Exhibitor. Any unfinished portion of an Exhibit Space must be draped at the expense of the Exhibitor. Carpet and/or alternative floor covering is required in all Exhibit Spaces. The carpet or floor covering must fill the full dimensions of the Exhibit Space. Carpet will be installed by WEF at the Exhibitor’s expense if the Exhibit Space is without carpeting and/or alternate floor covering on or before 4:30 pm, April 9th 2024.
