Meetings and Coordination. The GI-Inc Executive and the US Airways Executive shall meet from time to time, whether telephonically or in person and on a schedule to which they mutually agree, to review the progress of each party's performance under this Agreement as well as general economic and travel industry market conditions or factors that may potentially affect one or the other party performance hereunder.

Meetings and Coordination. The CITY will be the point of contact and will lead any public information/involvement activities with businesses, homeowners, and any other potentially affected interests. CONSULTANT will provide progress drawings prepared under other tasks for meetings, open houses with stakeholders, and private utility relocation to the CITY. The design phase will be for a duration of nine (9) months. CONSULTANT’s project manager/ engineer will attend monthly progress meetings. These meetings may be held at the City or through conference calls.
Meetings and Coordination. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will attend one (1) pre-application meeting with SWFWMD to verify permitting requirements and procedures. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will submit the required number of plans and supporting documentation to prepare a complete permit application. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will respond to Requests for Additional Information (RAI) and address permitting agency review comments associated with this scope of services as appropriate.
Meetings and Coordination. The Joint Commercialization Team will be chaired by a representative from Chiron (the “Chiron Commercial Chair”). XOMA will designate one of its representatives to the Joint Commercialization Team as its lead representative (the “XOMA Commercial Lead”). The Joint Commercialization Team will meet as needed but no less frequently than once each quarter. The meeting location will be Chiron’s marketing headquarters, unless the Chiron Commercial Chair and the XOMA Commercial Lead otherwise agree in writing. The Chiron Commercial Chair will notify the XOMA Commercial Lead of the proposed date, time, and agenda for meetings. In the event that either Party cannot participate in any such meeting due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of such Party, it shall promptly notify the other Party and shall propose an alternative meeting date within ten business days of the originally scheduled meeting date and an alternative mutually convenient date shall be scheduled. Between meetings, the Chiron Commercial Chair and the XOMA Commercial Lead will communicate directly with one another as needed to ensure that XOMA is promptly and fully apprised of all substantive matters relating to the commercialization of Collaboration Products by Chiron.
Meetings and Coordination. During the Engineering Phase associated with the preparation of the 30%, 90% 100% Construction Document phase, CONSULTANT shall attend up to 9 (nine) team meetings with engineering staff to review the progress and complete Construction Documents. Deliverables  60% plans, specifications, and estimates.  95% plans, specifications, and estimates.  100%/final plans, specifications, and estimates.  Final design presentations.  Geotechnical requirements.  Review test lab vouchers.  City staff meetings.  Building permit coordination.  Permit applications.  Meeting attendance and coordination.  XX Xxxxxxx plans and specifications, and cost estimate for trackway and stop items at 60%, 90% and 100% levels of design.
