Product Licensing. As GI-Inc's non-exclusive sales agent for the licensing of CTMS Services, subject to Section 2.2 above, United may market and license CTMS Services to CTMS Customers and to CTMS Agents. The parties will work together to develop marketing plans for CTMS Services, including the name or names of products. (iii)
Product Licensing. The PRODUCT shall be distributed to End Users by MathStar pursuant to Summit’s then current end user license agreement as a combined product with other MathStar products. The current version of such end user license agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A. If Summit’s form of end user license agreement changes, it shall give notice of such changes to MathStar, and Summit and MathStar shall amend this agreement by attaching the most current form of Summit’s end user license agreement to this Agreement as new Exhibit A.
Product Licensing. During the term of this Agreement, ViaLight hereby grants to ABWN a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty free, right and license to distribute, use, import, export, offer to sell, and sell any Custom Product or ViaLight Product owned by ABWN to any third party. Such right does not include the right to reproduce, re-engineer or divest ViaLight’s underlying Existing Technology.

The grant by Licensees to third parties of licenses to use the FAO Mark on, and in connection witx xxe sale and advertising of, products manufactured by or for such third parties ("Licensed Products") for sale to wholesalers or retailers of Licensed Products, subject at all times to the quality control provisions of Section 3.5 below.
Product Licensing. Any statutory or other Licensing of products including license to use and sell the products shall be procured by the Vendor at his cost. No product shall be listed for sale unless the licenses are taken and a copy is submitted to the Website Owner.

The processor is responsible for contacting the appropriate agencies for approval and licensing, as well as the scheduling of inspections. You may distribute under any license you choose software source code packages that are developed entirely by you and not derivative works of elements or software source code packages of the Salsa Platform that are licensed to you by this Agreement. However, you must provide each Product User with the same rights to your Product(s), or applicable portions thereof, as Salsa Labs provided to the applicable elements or source code packages of the Salsa Platform that you have incorporated or otherwise used in any given Product.
Product Licensing. The Recipient acknowledges USAID’s interest in ensuring that the innovations developed with USAID funding are widely available in Developing Countries at affordable prices. The Recipient shall use its best efforts to include terms in all licenses for any intangible property developed under this award, including any products, services, processes, technologies, materials, software, data, or other innovations (Intangible Property), to further this interest.
