Necessary Adjustments. We may make adjustments to your account from time to time. This may be due, for example, to an error or the return of an item you deposited which was unpaid or if a deposit is posted in the wrong amount.
Necessary Adjustments. In the event that any Unrestricted Subsidiaries exist at such time, then simultaneously with the delivery of each set of consolidated financial statements referred to in clauses (b) and (c) above, a summary statement, prepared in good faith by a Responsible Officer of Borrower, reflecting adjustments necessary to eliminate the accounts of such Unrestricted Subsidiaries from such consolidated financial statements.
Necessary Adjustments. If, after the date hereof, the Company shall (a) issue or deliver any shares of its Common Stock as a result of the declaration or payment of a dividend of Common Stock payable in, or other distribution to holders of Common Stock of, shares of Common Stock, (b) subdivide its outstanding shares of Common Stock into a larger number of shares of Common Stock, (c) combine its outstanding shares of Common Stock into a smaller number of shares of Common Stock, (d) issue any shares of capital stock in a reclassification of the Common Stock, or (e) undertake any similar transaction, then the threshold amounts described in Section 4.1(b) shall be proportionately adjusted.
Necessary Adjustments. If and to the extent necessary due to a change in the data Processing operations and/or due to an amendment or supplement to the Cooperation Agreement, the Parties shall adjust the provisions of this Section 3 accordingly. In view of the Parties' obligations as joint controllers, each of the Parties shall be responsible for notifying the other Party if it deems it necessary to adapt the provisions of this Section. However, each Party shall, to the extent possible under the obligations set forth in this Agreement, periodically review whether the provisions of this Section reflect the then-current Processing activities.
