Necessary Adjustments. We may make adjustments to your account from time to time. This may be due, for example, to an error or the return of an item you deposited which was unpaid or if a deposit is posted in the wrong amount.

Necessary Adjustments. In the event that any Unrestricted Subsidiaries exist at such time, then simultaneously with the delivery of each set of consolidated financial statements referred to in clauses (b) and (c) above, a summary statement, prepared in good faith by a Responsible Officer of Borrower, reflecting adjustments necessary to eliminate the accounts of such Unrestricted Subsidiaries from such consolidated financial statements.
Necessary Adjustments. If, after the date hereof, the Company shall (a) issue or deliver any shares of its Common Stock as a result of the declaration or payment of a dividend of Common Stock payable in, or other distribution to holders of Common Stock of, shares of Common Stock, (b) subdivide its outstanding shares of Common Stock into a larger number of shares of Common Stock, (c) combine its outstanding shares of Common Stock into a smaller number of shares of Common Stock, (d) issue any shares of capital stock in a reclassification of the Common Stock, or (e) undertake any similar transaction, then the threshold amounts described in Section 4.1(b) shall be proportionately adjusted.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties.
