Meal during overtime. Meals that must be consumed on the job after the normal workday and while working in an overtime situation are not to be considered as an interruption of overtime work performed. The City shall neither pay for nor provide meals, nor is an employee who takes a break for a meal to be considered as being in paid status. An employee, upon request, shall be allowed to take a thirty (30) minute meal break after two (2) hours overtime and every four (4) hours thereafter. The City retains the right to refuse requests for meal breaks in the event of emergency. The Supervisor may establish a lunch schedule for all employees, generally between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Meal during overtime. An employee who has worked at least 7.6 ordinary hours on any day and who is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time shall be supplied with a reasonable meal at UCH’s expense, or be paid $14.80 meal allowance in lieu thereof, after more than 2 hours, or after more than one hour if overtime continues beyond 6pm. If an employee continues to do work the employee shall be allowed an additional meal or $14.80 in lieu thereof for each completed 4 hours work after the first hour.   • Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties.   • Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop, maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions.   • Delays during construction Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 10.3 (ii), in the event the Contractor does not achieve any of the Project Milestones or the Authority’s Engineer shall have reasonably determined that the rate of progress of Works is such that Completion of the Project Highway is not likely to be achieved by the end of the Scheduled Completion Date, it shall notify the same to the Contractor, and the Contractor shall, within 15 (fifteen) days of such notice, by a communication inform the Authority’s Engineer in reasonable detail about the steps it proposes to take to expedite progress and the period within which it shall achieve the Project Completion Date.

  • Wage Rate Payments / Changes During Contract Term The wages to be paid under any resulting Contract shall not be less than the prevailing rate of wages and supplements as set forth by law. It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the Contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the Contractor on any projects resulting from this Contract, subject to the provisions of the Labor Law. Contractor is solely liable for and must pay such required prevailing wage adjustments during the Contract term as required by law.

  • C4 Contract Price During Extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 Subject to the Pricing Schedule and the provision in clause F6 (Variation), the Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period and following an extension pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period), to the date of expiry of the extended period, or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.
