Extension. City may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, extend the end date of this Agreement beyond that provided for in Subsection 1.1. Any such extension shall require a written amendment to this Agreement, as provided for herein. Consultant understands and agrees that, if City grants such an extension, City shall have no obligation to provide Consultant with compensation beyond the maximum amount provided for in this Agreement. Similarly, unless authorized by the City, City shall have no obligation to reimburse Consultant for any otherwise reimbursable expenses incurred during the extension period.
Extension. The ESA may be extended beyond the termination date established in Article 4.1 by mutual, written agreement of the Parties. Any new pricing terms shall be added to and replace Exhibit A as Exhibit A-1. Upon any such extension, this ESA shall continue to be in effect, and all provisions of the ESA shall retain the same force and effect as before the extension, unless it is terminated by either Party pursuant to the provisions of Article 4.2 or until the date stated in such extension.
Extension. Nothing in this Contract shall be interpreted or deemed to create an expectation that this Contract will be extended beyond the term described herein. Any extension of this Contract shall be requested by the Contractor and following approval by City shall be effective only after it is reduced to writing and executed by all parties to the Contract. Any agreement to extend this Contract shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: an unambiguous identification of the Contract being extended; the term of the extension; the amount of any payment to be made during the extension, or a statement that no payment will be made during the extension; a statement that all terms and conditions of the original Contract shall, unless explicitly delineated in the exception, remain as they were in the original Contract; and, if the duties of either party will be different during the extension than they were under the original Contract, a detailed description of those duties.
Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended and shall expire on December 31, 2017 (“Extended Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.
Extension. If Lessee fails to make discovery of oil and gas, or either of them, in paying quantities during the primary term hereof, or during drilling operations commenced during the primary term hereof, Lessee may make written application to Lessor for an extension of this lease. The granting of such extension shall be at the sole option of Lessor, according to the following conditions:

Extension. If the Employee violates the provisions of Section 6.1, the Employee shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in Section 6.1 until a period of two years has expired without any violation of such provisions.
Extension. Waiver At any time prior to the Effective Time, Buyer or the Company may, to the extent legally allowed, (a) extend the time for the performance of any of the obligations of the other party hereto, (b) waive any inaccuracies in the representations and warranties made to such party contained herein or in any document delivered pursuant hereto, and (c) waive compliance with any of the agreements, covenants or conditions for the benefit of such party contained herein. Any agreement on the part of a party hereto to any such extension or waiver shall be valid only if set forth in an instrument in writing signed on behalf of such party.
Extension. This Agreement may be extended beyond the expiration date of the Term by written, signed amendment to this Agreement. Any new pricing terms shall be included in such amendment. Upon any such extension, this Agreement shall continue to be in effect throughout the extension period set forth in the amendment, and all provisions of this Agreement, as amended by the Amendment, shall retain the same force and effect as before the extension, unless earlier terminated by either Party pursuant to the provisions of Article 6.2.
