AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT. Contractor may change Project Manager but the Energy Commission reserves the right to approve any substitution of the Project Manager. The Energy Commission may change the Commission Agreement Manager (CAM) at any time and will send a written notice to the Contractor signed by the Energy Commission Agreement Officer (CAO). Commission staff will be permitted to work side by side with Contractor's staff to the extent and under conditions that may be directed by the CAM. In this connection, Commission staff will be given access to all data, working papers, etc., which Contractor may seek to utilize. Contractor will not be permitted to utilize Energy Commission personnel for the performance of services, which are the responsibility of Contractor unless the CAM previously agrees to such utilization in writing and an appropriate adjustment in price is made. No charge will be made to Contractor for the services of Energy Commission employees while performing, coordinating or monitoring functions. If the Schedule of Deliverables and Due Dates needs to be revised after the execution of the Agreement, the revised dates cannot extend beyond the term end date of the Agreement. Contractor shall work with the CAM to agree on the new deliverable due dates. The CAM shall issue the revised Schedule of Deliverables and Due Dates to the Contractor and the CAO. Although the dates can be revised, the deliverables cannot be changed through this process.
AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT. The parties hereby designate the following Agreement administrators as the respective single points of contact for purposes of this Agreement, each of whom shall be the principal contact for business activities under this Agreement. The parties may change administrators by written notice as set forth below. Any notices required or desired shall be in writing and sent by U.S. mail, postage prepaid, or sent via email, and shall be sent to the respective addressee at the respective address or email address set forth below or to such other address or email address as the parties may specify in writing: Enterprise Services Client Agency
AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT. Each of the parties shall designate a "Project Manager" as the contact person for all communications related to the performance of this Agreement. Communications regarding contract provisions and xxxxxxxx are to be directed to the Contract Administrator as well as the Project Manager.
AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT. (a) At the Commencement Date, each party will appoint an individual as Agreement Manager. Each party may update the identity of its Agreement Manager during the Term by notice in writing to the other Parties.
AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT. Task 1.1 Kick-off Meeting The goal of this task is to establish the lines of communication and procedures for implementing this Agreement. The Contractor shall: • Attend a “kick-off” meeting with the CAM, the Contracts Officer, and a representative of the Accounting Office. The meeting will be held via Web-Ex or teleconference. The Contractor shall include their Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Accounting Officer, and others designated by the CAM in this meeting. The administrative and technical aspects of this Agreement will be discussed at the meeting. • If necessary, prepare an updated Schedule of Deliverables based on the decisions made in the kick-off meeting. The CAM shall: • Arrange the meeting including scheduling the date and time. • Provide an agenda to all potential meeting participants prior to the kick-off meeting. Deliverables: • An Updated Schedule of Deliverables (if applicable) Task 1.2 Invoices The Contractor shall: • Prepare invoices for all reimbursable expenses incurred performing work under this Agreement in compliance with the Exhibit B of the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement. Invoices shall be submitted with the same frequency as progress reports (task 1.4). Invoices must be submitted to the Energy Commission’s Accounting Office. Deliverables: • Invoices

AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT. 48.1 In order to facilitate communications between the AAUP-CSU and the Administration, there will continue to be an Agreement Management Committee consisting of six (6) members as follows. The AAUP-CSU and the Administration will each appoint three (3) members and will notify the other party of the names of their respective appointees by August 31 each year.
AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT. All correspondence in connection with this Agreement should be sent to the person and address specified in the Schedule (Representatives). Either Party may nominate a replacement Representative by notice in writing to the other Party. The appointment of the replacement Representative will be effective from the date on which such notice is given. Amendment This Agreement may only be varied or replaced by a document executed by the Parties.
