Maintenance and Operating Expenses. The only maintenance or operating expense for which the Eligible User may be billed is gasoline or another fuel type required to operate the vehicle. All other maintenance and operating expenses are the responsibility of Contractor. Contractor shall only supply vehicles that have been maintained in accordance with manufacturer's requirements, industry standards, and all applicable laws.

If applicable and outlined in Appendix A, the College may require the Foundation to keep and maintain all such facilities and property in a clean and orderly condition and may require, at its own expense, at reasonably frequent intervals and in a lawful manner, dispose of all waste from the facilities. The College will provide at no cost to the Foundation certain facilities-related services. These include office space, telephones, utilities, custodial and facilities maintenance services.
Maintenance and Operating Expenses. The NELNET Depositor's right to receive the Estimated Amount (as defined in the NELNET Indenture) from the Underlying NELNET Trust pursuant to Section 5.03 of the NELNET Indenture, which rights are being conveyed to the Trust pursuant to the NELNET Assignment Agreement and Section 2.5(b) hereof. To the extent the Prime Lease requires Sublessor to pay or reimburse Lessor for any of the costs and expenses incurred in the repair, maintenance or upkeep (including but not limited to taxes, utilities, and insurance) of the Dock, Sublessor shall pay all such costs and expenses in further consideration of its receipt of the Purchase Price. Without limiting and generality of the foregoing, Sublessor shall pay all costs and expenses relating to the repair, maintenance, upkeep and insuring of any improvements on the Dock, when such improvements are erected by Sublessor, as required by Section 8 of the Prime Lease. Sublessee shall pay all costs and expenses relating to the repair, maintenance, upkeep and insuring of any improvements on the Dock, when such improvements are erected by Sublessee, as required by Section 8 of the Prime Lease. Sublessee shall obtain the written consent of Sublessor prior to erecting any improvements on the Dock.
Maintenance and Operating Expenses. The District shall provide maintenance and custodial services in the same manner as it provides for its own officers. The Foundation agrees that it will keep and maintain the described facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
Maintenance and Operating Expenses. Except as expressly provided in Subsection 2.3(d) above, the City will be responsible for all maintenance and operating expenses of the Baseball Facility, including, but not limited to, cleaning, routine maintenance and repair of the Baseball Facility, utility costs and hiring and paying all personnel necessary for the staging of baseball games including, without limitation, a ground crew and a maintenance crew. The City will operate and maintain the Baseball Facility as a first-class, major league spring training facility in a professional, businesslike and efficient manner. Without limiting the general obligations of the City as provided in this Agreement, and in addition thereto, the City shall at all times comply with the maintenance program attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, as such maintenance program may be modified from time to time with the mutual consent of the City and the Indians. The City will not be responsible for any maintenance, repairs or restoration related to damage occurring to property during an Indians' Event, as a result of willful or negligent acts or omissions of the Indians, its officers, agents or employees.

Maintenance and Operating Expenses. The Auxiliary agrees that it shall keep and maintain all such facilities and property in a clean and orderly condition and shall, at its own expense, at reasonably frequent intervals, and in a lawful manner, dispose of all waste generated from its use of College facilities. The Auxiliary further agrees that it shall keep all such facilities and property in good repair. The Auxiliary shall provide reimbursement to the District for utility costs, maintenance and custodial costs relating to the facilities, as provided in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
