The College may. 4.1 Re-allocate the residential premises to another person if the tenancy fee is not paid by the tenant in accordance with paragraph 1.2 of these Terms and conditions but without prejudice to the right to recover from the tenant such proportionate part of the tenancy fee as relates to any period in which the residential premises are not occupied before such re-allocation.
