Common use of Maintenance and Operating Expenses Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Operating Expenses. The only operating expense Purchasing Entity will be responsible for is fuel. All other maintenance and operating expenses (including insurance) are the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor shall supply trucks that have been maintained in accordance with manufacturer's requirements, industry standards, and all applicable laws.
