Location of Class. Courses will be taught on a college campus/site, at the high school, or online. • College campus courses: o The College will provide a classroom, technology, and equipment appropriate for the discipline. o The College will provide the college instructor with access to the appropriate facilities. • High school campus courses: o The ISD will provide a classroom, technology, and equipment appropriate for the discipline. o The ISD will provide the college instructor with access to the appropriate facilities. • Online courses: o The College will comply with the THECB’s adopted Principles of Good Practice for Courses Offered Electronically.

Location of Class. (1) Dual credit courses may be taught on the college campus or on the high school campus. Dual credit courses taught exclusively to high school students on the high school campus and for dual credit courses taught electronically, TCC shall comply with applicable rules and procedures for offering courses at a distance as set forth in (Chapter 4; Subchapters P and Q; Rules 4.255-4.279 TAC) (relating to Approval of Distance Education Courses and Programs for Public Institutions and Approval of Off-Campus and Self- Supporting Courses and Programs for Public Institutions). In addition, dual credit courses taught electronically shall comply with the THECB's adopted Principles of Good Practice for Courses Offered Electronically.
Location of Class. The College may offer Dual Credit Courses at Brookhaven, Cedar Valley, El Centro, Eastfield, Mountainview, North Lake, Richland, online, or at an approved School District campus or other location. Regardless of location, all courses offered will meet the standards of equivalent courses taught at the College, and any class that has been approved as dual credit through this Agreement shall be considered a dual credit class even if held on a School District’s campus. Dual Credit Courses taught electronically must adhere to the Texas Higher Education Principles of Practice for Courses Offered Electronically and the College standards for distance learning courses.

Location of Class. (SDCG Goal 4) Dual enrollment classes will be taught on the University campus, and/or at facilities provided by the District, with proper enrollment in a course, and with prior approval from the University. Course delivery options will be face-to- face, hybrid, coflex, and/or online. For any classes taught electronically, the University shall comply with applicable rules and procedures relating to Distance Education and Off-campus Instruction and with the Texas Administrative Code, Title 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter Q, Approval of Off-Campus and Self-Support Courses and Programs for Public Institutions. The University and District agree that courses, recitations and labs may be transitioned into remote, online learning as deemed necessary and/or appropriate due to unforeseen evolving circumstances.
Location of Class. Dual credit courses may be provided on the college campus, the District campus, online, or in a hybridized format. For dual credit courses provided exclusively to secondary students on the District campus and for dual credit courses provided electronically, the College shall comply with applicable rules and procedures for offering courses at a distance. In addition, dual credit courses provided electronically shall comply with the THECB’s adopted Principles of Good Practice for Courses Offered Electronically. For dual-credit courses taught at the District, the District shall appoint a liaison officer who is responsible for facilities, supplies, support of faculty, and communications. For dual-credit courses taught online, the District shall appoint a classroom facilitator whose responsibility is to support the teaching-learning process. For dual credit courses taught at the District, the Secondary Education Institution shall provide an atmosphere which promotes a collegiate environment for classes. This includes adequate classroom facilities, limited disruptions for announcements, pep rallies, and other District related activities, and support in students’ course attendance. No dual credit student shall attain more than 29 semester credit hours of instruction as provided by Xxxxxxxxxxx College through dual credit coursework provided at a single District campus unless a Substantive Change notice has been filed with and accepted by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACS-COC) to offer more than half of the associate degree curriculum at the District.
