Administrative Code means the San Francisco Administrative Code.

Administrative User means any of Your employees, consultants, independent contractors or customers to whom You grant administrative permission to access the Services in accordance with Company’s entitlements and procedures and this Agreement (where “administrative permission” includes, but is not limited to, the right to create, modify and delete User accounts, as well as the right to access and modify Your billing information and other functionality available through Company’s administrative control panel).

CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
SOFR Administrator’s Website means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source for the secured overnight financing rate identified as such by the SOFR Administrator from time to time.
Master Servicing Officer Any officer of the Master Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and master servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
CREFC® Reconciliation of Funds Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Reconciliation of Funds Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Insurance Administration means, with respect to each Shared Policy, the accounting for premiums, retrospectively-rated premiums, defense costs, indemnity payments, deductibles and retentions, as appropriate, under the terms and conditions of each of the Shared Policies; and the reporting to excess insurance carriers of any losses or claims which may cause the per-occurrence, per claim or aggregate limits of any Shared Policy to be exceeded, and the distribution of Insurance Proceeds as contemplated by this Agreement.
Administrative cost means a fee imposed to cover:
Self-administration means carrying and taking medication without the intervention of the school nurse, approved through the school district policy and restricted to students with asthma, other potentially life-threatening illnesses or life-threatening allergic reaction.
Health plan issuer means an entity subject to the insurance laws and rules of this state, or subject to the jurisdiction of the superintendent of insurance, that contracts, or offers to contract to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for, or reimburse any of the costs of health care services under a health benefit plan, including a sickness and accident insurance company, a health insuring corporation, a fraternal benefit society, a self-funded multiple employer welfare arrangement, or a nonfederal, government health plan. “Health plan issuer” includes a third party administrator to the extent that the benefits that such an entity is contracted to administer under a health benefit plan are subject to the insurance laws and rules of this state or subject to the jurisdiction of the superintendent. The “Health plan issuer” is also called the Administrator in this Benefit Booklet.

Self-Administration of Medication means the individual manages and takes his or her own medication, identifies his or her medication and the times and methods of administration, places the medication internally in or externally on his or her own body without staff assistance upon written order of a physician, and safely maintains the medication without supervision.
Administrative Plans means investment plans offered by the Management Company and approved by the Commission, where such plans allow investors a specific investment strategy in any one or a combination of Schemes managed by the Management Company in accordance with the conditions specified by SECP.
Administrative leave means placing an employee on leave pursuant to state law. Nothing in the Title IX regulations precludes a recipient from placing a non-student employee respondent on administrative leave during the pendency of a grievance process, provided that Massachusetts laws are followed.
Records administrator means the director, county clerk, municipal secretary, superintendent, or other person responsible for maintaining the records of the local governmental entity.

Corrections officer means any corrections agency
Master Servicer Certification A written certification covering servicing of the Mortgage Loans by all Servicers and signed by an officer of the Master Servicer that complies with (i) the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as amended from time to time, and (ii) the February 21, 2003 Statement by the Staff of the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission Regarding Compliance by Asset-Backed Issuers with Exchange Act Rules 13a-14 and 15d-14, as in effect from time to time; provided that if, after the Closing Date (a) the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 is amended, (b) the Statement referred to in clause (ii) is modified or superceded by any subsequent statement, rule or regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission or any statement of a division thereof, or (c) any future releases, rules and regulations are published by the Securities and Exchange Commission from time to time pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, which in any such case affects the form or substance of the required certification and results in the required certification being, in the reasonable judgment of the Master Servicer, materially more onerous than the form of the required certification as of the Closing Date, the Master Servicer Certification shall be as agreed to by the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Seller following a negotiation in good faith to determine how to comply with any such new requirements.
