Local salary negotiations. The objective of the local salary negotiations shall be to find a salary solution which supports the financial situation, order book, employment situation and cost competitiveness of each company or workplace The goal shall be for the wage formation to encourage employees to develop their competence and, through their actions, to contribute to the development of prof- itability and well-being at work in the company in line with the set objectives. Before the negotiations, the employer shall provide the shop xxxxxxx with the details of the salary amount to be allocated and the calculation basis of the amount. Items to be agreed on in the local salary solution include the implementation method, sched- ule, amount and principles of the salary adjustments. The agreement shall be made with the shop xxxxxxx for the first year by 15 January 2018 and for the second year by 15 January 2019, unless an extension is mutually agreed. The agreement shall be made in writing. The employer shall make a decision on the allocation of the increases within the scope of the local agreement. After implementing the increases, the employer shall verify the allocated amount. The information provided in the negotiations are confidential and may only be used to allo- cate the local amount.

Local salary negotiations. The objective of the local salary negotiations is to find a salary settlement which supports the financial situation, order book, employment situation and cost competitiveness of each com- pany or workplace. The goal for the pay formation is to encourage employees to develop their competence and, through their actions, contribute to the development of profitability and well- being at work in the company in line with the set objectives. When the salary settlement is being negotiated, attention can be paid to the financial situation of the company. When negotiating the amount, date and method of pay increases, the employer gives, in ad- xxxxx, the shop xxxxxxx the information for 2023 in May 2023 (without summer workers) and for 2024 in February 2024. The information is the total sum of the personal hourly and monthly pay of employed salaried employees and how the sum was calculated. The information provided in the negotiations is confidential and may only be used to allocate the local amount. If local collective bargaining is carried out on the salary settlement pursuant to the collective agreement, the employer must give the salaried employees the opportunity to meet to discuss the content of the negotiations during working hours. Unless otherwise agreed locally, the em- ployer determines the date, time and maximum duration of the meeting. The shop xxxxxxx and employer together can often promote local collective bargaining and its progress by discussing the ways in which they can together explain the ongoing negotiations and the final content of the agreement to the salaried employees.
Local salary negotiations. Local salary negotiations shall be held between the employer and the local university graduate union/contact person. The local university graduate union/contact person may delegate the salary negotiation with the employer to the individual salaried employee. In case the salary negotiations are held between a manager and the salaried employee, salary talks and salary negotiations may be held concurrently. The results of these salary negotiations shall enter into effect when the local university graduate union has concluded its negotiations or, if central negotiations are requested, when these have been concluded. In connected companies that at the time of the adjustment do not have a local university graduate union/contact person, the employee party shall be the salaried employee. The results of the negotiations shall be documented in minutes. Salary negotiations should commence well in advance of the adjustment date and should be concluded not later than 8 October 2013, 30 April 2014 and 30 April 2015.

  • Annual Negotiations Negotiations will be conducted each year according to the ground rules as mutually agreed upon prior to negotiations. Ground Rules (see APPENDIX F - GROUND RULES) used at the previous year's sessions will serve as the basis for discussing any changes before adopting ground rules for the current negotiating sessions. Such ground rules mutually agreed upon shall assist in the orderly process for negotiations.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Initial Salary Placement Step Upon initial employment by the District, child Development Teachers and Family Services Leads shall be given up to 7 years of credit for prior experience in a full-time teaching position with a State or Federally funded program, where the number of days worked in any given school year were in excess of 135. Step 8 is the maximum entry level placement.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • EFFECTIVE DATE OF PROMOTION Whenever an employee is promoted, the effective date of his promotion shall always be the first (1st) Sunday of the first complete pay period following promotion.

  • Local Negotiations Facilities of less than 150 beds -- Two (2) nurses Facilities of 151 - 400 beds -- Three (3) nurses Facilities of over 400 beds -- Four (4) nurses

  • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.

  • Placement on the Salary Schedule All teachers shall be placed on the appropriate step in the salary schedule taking into consideration the following:
