Monthly Pay Per Voucher (Base Pay) The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (“Authority” or “MSHDA”) will pay the Contractor a monthly fee for each Voucher under a Housing Assistance Payment (“HAP”) Contract in effect on the first day of each month that the Contractor administers the Housing Choice Voucher (“HCV”) Program.
This vacation pay shall be added to the greater of Bid Monthly Pay under Article 3.C or the applicable Minimum Monthly Guarantee.

Any classified Employee or Assistant City Attorney who is involuntarily laid off from their employment with the City, shall be entitled to severance payments for a severance period equal to four months of that Employee’s Monthly Pay as of the final day of employment, plus one additional week, calculated at .23 of that Employee’s Monthly Pay as of the final day of employment, for each year of service in excess of 16 years, with total payment not to exceed 26 weeks.
The Fixed Monthly Pay shall be linked to the consumer price index for December 2013 and shall be accordingly adjusted at the beginning of each calendar year during the term hereof.
