Limited Lifetime Warranty. Within the first year from the original date of purchase, there is no cost to replace malfunctioning equipment. After one year from the original date of purchase, there is a non-refundable service charge to replace equipment. Replacement equipment comes with a 90 day warranty. Certain items are not covered under warranty. Misuse, abuse, lost products, or damage caused by the pet as well as products not purchased through an authorized dealer (second-hand or used products, online auctions, etc.) are not covered under warranty. Limited Lifetime Warranty. (a) AMG Systems Limited warrants to the original end user that the products shall, at the time of delivery, be free from defects in materials or workmanship and will conform to the AMG published technical specifications. The foregoing shall apply only to failures to meet said warranties which appear within that period during which the Products are installed in their original installation for the original End User and operator of such Products. This warranty covers all defects or non-conformities which appear therein under proper use and which arise solely from faulty materials or workmanship, it being understood that such warranty does not cover damage arising from Purchaser’s negligence or improper use, storage, maintenance or installation of the goods or parts thereof. Unless expressly agreed in writing, AMG Systems Ltd liability for defects and conformity from date of shipment is: Industrial Grade Equipment: Lifetime Support Warranty Light Industrial Equipment: 3 Years Commercial Grade Equipment: 3 Years DIN Rail PSU: 3 Years Wireless Ethernet: (Skywave) 3 Years Applicable to products covered by Lifetime Support Warranty, in the event of product discontinuation, warranty support is limited to five (5) years from the announcement of discontinuance. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, The duration of the warranty period for products not manufactured by AMG Systems (e.g. Fibre Patch Cables, power supplies or batteries etc) shall be the warranty period offered by the original manufacturer, if any.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Contractor hereby grants to Progressive and to each Claimant a limited lifetime warranty of all work performed by Contractor or any subcontractor pursuant to this Agreement (the "Warranty"). Under this Warranty, the Contactor, at no cost to Progressive or the Claimant, will (a) remedy any defects in workmanship and/or any workmanship that fails to meet generally accepted industry standards in effect at the time of the work with respect to form, fit, finish, appearance, durability, functionality and safety ("Industry Standards"), and (b) replace any and all parts which are defective or otherwise fail to meet Industry Standards. All work performed and replacement parts used by Contractor under this Warranty will conform to Industry Standards. Contractor will also pay for associated repair costs and the cost of a rental vehicle necessitated by repair work covered by this Warranty. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, this Warranty: (i) does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect or abuse; (ii) covers each part only for the time period after installation which is equivalent to the duration of the applicable manufacturer's warranty for such part (it being understood that the Contractor will replace such defective parts in accordance with this Warranty and will seek recovery under any manufacturer's warranty separately); and (iii) applies as long as the Claimant owns or leases the vehicle (except that, with respect to parts only, the duration of the warranty period may be limited under the immediately preceding clause (ii)).
Limited Lifetime Warranty. MEDglas Wall Solutions (North America & Europe) STERIS warrants to the Customer purchasing STERIS’s MEDglas Wall Panels that the Wall Panels will be free from manufacturing defects including cracking, discoloration, flaking, and corroding when subject to normal and proper use during the lifetime of the product. Should any one of the listed defects occur, STERIS will provide a replacement Wall Panels. The Customer’s only remedy will be limited to the replacement of the defective part.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Subject to the terms and conditions below, Infinity warrants to the original owner -occupant of the single -family dwelling in which the product is installed that the Ultrex® fiberglass and other non -glass components will be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own and occupy the home. Hardware in coastal applications, glass, and Ultrex fiberglass finish are not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty; they are subject to the 10/20 Limited Warranty, below. Transferability If you sell or cease to occupy your home within the term of the 10/20 Limited Warranty (calculated from the original date of purchase), the 10/20 Limited Warranty will apply for the remainder of its term. The 10/20 Limited Warranty is fully transferable.

Limited Lifetime Warranty. Kiff Backhouse warrants that the digital files and any transport media (such as compact discs, DVDs, etc) are free from defects in material. Any files or media that are found to be defective can be replaced with the same item or content. Kiff Backhouse makes no other warranty either expressed or implied. Kiff Backhouse will not be liable for any damages that may occur from the usage of the photos or the media.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Xxxxxxxx provides for an extended limited lifetime warranty (“Limited Lifetime Warranty”) for any defect in workmanship or materials under normal use from the date of shipment to the Purchaser, subject to the satisfaction of the Limited Warranty Conditions stated below.
