ORIGINATING LENDER UNERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ACCENTURE DOES NOT ENGAGE IN THE PRACTICE LAW AND THUS MAY NOT RENDER LEGAL ADVICE. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, ACCENTURE PROVIDES THE APPLICATION SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND ORIGINATING LENDER’S USE OF THE APPLICATION SERVICES IS AT ITS OWN RISK. No Other Warranty. By acceptance of the above stated Limited Warranty provisions, Buyer expressly waives any and all warranty requirements granted pursuant to federal, state, county and local laws, including, but not limited to, statutory law, case law, and local regulations and ordinances.
No Other Warranty. Except to the extent set out expressly in this Agreement, all conditions, warranties or other terms which might have effect between the Parties or be implied or incorporated into this Agreement (whether by statute, common law or otherwise) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by Laws. Without prejudice to the general nature of the previous sentence, unless this Agreement specifically states otherwise and to the maximum extent permitted by Law, Pfizer expressly disclaims any representations or warranties with respect to the Product, including, but not limited to, any representation, warranties or undertaking as to (a) non-infringement of Intellectual Property rights of any third party, (b) that there is no requirement to obtain a license of third party Intellectual Property rights to enable the use or receipt of the Product, (c) merchantability, or (d) fitness for a particular purpose.

Unless modified in a writing signed by an officer of Resun Solar, the Limited Warranty set forth herein is the only express warranty (whether written or oral) by Resun Solar applicable to the Products and no one is authorized to restrict, expand or otherwise modify this Limited Warranty.
