Leaves for Personal Business. Effective July 1 of each year, each employee shall be granted three (3) days annually for personal leave, which three (3) days when used will be charged to the sick leave bank of the individual. If any portion of these three (3) days are not used by June 30 of the following year, the unused portion shall revert to the sick leave bank of the employee.
