The 'Development Days' clause defines the specific days allocated for development work under a contract or agreement. Development Days. Full time employee shall be granted two days personal development leave per year on ordinary rates of pay (T1) to a maximum of 8 hours per day. These provisions shall be pro rata for part time employees and do not apply to casual employees.
Development Days. Unit members will be allowed to attend development days. All labs and offices will be closed to students during development days in order to allow unit members to attend development day workshops. Development Day activities will not be scheduled on Advisement Days.
