Labour-Management Consultation Committee. The Company and the Union agree to cooperate in the establishment and operation of a Joint Labour-Management Consultation Committee, composed of an equal number of representatives of the Company and its employees, and governed by rules and regulations mutually drawn up and agreed upon. The object of this Committee shall be: To provide and facilitate cooperation and participation in bringing forward ways and means of improving productive efficiency, health, safety, promoting xxxxxx understanding and maintaining harmonious mutual relations between them. Labour Management meetings shall take place at least every three (3) months and shall be attended by up to three (3) members of the Union and up to three (3) members of Management. The Company shall pay the Local President or his/her designate at straight time rate to a maximum of 3 hours per day for time in any meeting requested by Management. This time shall not count when calculating overtime.
