LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS MEETINGS. A. Labor/management meetings may be scheduled, at which time matters involving wages, hours and working conditions affecting employees covered by this Agreement may be discussed.
LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS MEETINGS. The Municipality and Union agreed to have meetings as needed based on mutual agreement of the parties to discuss issues of problems of mutual concern. Such meetings will be conducted with the following provisions in mind:
LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS MEETINGS. The Federation shall have the right to a monthly meeting with the Superintendent or his/her designee to attend to matters of mutual concern.
LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS MEETINGS. Section 1. The Employer and the Association agree to schedule Labor-Management meetings upon request. The purpose of these meetings is to (1) review and recommend solutions to work related issues;
LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS MEETINGS. Section 1: The Parties agree that meetings will be held as the need arises between the representatives of the Employer and the Union to confer concerning the prevention and correction of conditions causing misunderstandings and grievances, ways to encourage good Employee/Management relationships, and other matters for the betterment of Employees and Management. This article does not apply to formal negotiation processes.
