Mandatory Training. The Department reserves the right to require the Charter School to attend any training related to the responsibilities of a Charter School.

If the use of a private automobile is authorized, the owner of the vehicle will also receive mileage reimbursement when driving to and from the training location and their regular work location. However, if the training site is closer to the vehicle owner’s home, that employee shall be paid for the mileage to and from his/her residence and the training location.

The CSCP Policies and Procedures shall be published in a form and location readily accessible to all pharmacy and compliance personnel at each of the Settling Pharmacy’s retail pharmacy stores in the State of Florida. Online availability is sufficient, so long as pharmacy and compliance personnel have access to a computer with access to the CSCP Policies and Procedures.
Mandatory Training. 14.2.1 Employees are required to complete mandatory training courses as specified in their Department’s/Division’s policies and within the timelines outlined. Departments/Divisions will give employees time during their regularly scheduled workday to complete mandatory training. The Employer will provide access for all employees to take all mandatory training courses via online programs, in-person classes, or independent study courses.
