Labor/Management Meeting. The parties are in agreement that full cooperation and understanding between the parties and a harmonious relationship will promote efficient performance which is in the interest of both the employees and the Employer. Labor/Management Meeting. ‌ The Commission Chair and the President of the employee group will meet at least quarterly to discuss general issues of concern. These meetings will be scheduled by mutual agreement and may include other managers or bargaining unit employees as mutually agreed. In any event, the President will be entitled to have at least two (2) other employee from differing parts of the bargaining unit to engage in these meetings. Employee representatives shall not suffer any loss of pay as a result of these meetings.
