Key Areas and Tasks; Excluded Areas. The following is a listing of the key areas and task areas for such an implementation. Areas that are marked with an asterisk are excluded from Linea Solutions’ services, with an explanation following for each excluded area:  Requirements gathering: gathering, defining, and documenting system and business requirements for the system  RFP: writing of the Request for Proposal documentVendor Selection: assistance and management of the vendor selection processContract Negotiation: assistance with the negotiations of the contract with the GL software vendor, as well as reviewing the contract  Specifications / Use Case Development: assistance with and negotiations with the software vendor on the detailed specifications that will be used for modifications and specialized configurations of the system.  Specifications / Use Case Development of bank interfaces to and/or from General Ledger software: assistance and review of requirements, confirmation that requirements are being met by 3rd parties and software vendor.  Specifications / Use Case Development of Peoplesoft interfaces to General Ledger software: assistance and review of requirements, confirmation that requirements are being met by 3rd parties and software vendor.  Independent Verification & Validation: assistance and review of requirements and confirmation that all requirements are being met by the software vendor  Test Cases: generation of test cases to be used during user acceptance testing by FCERA staff  Test Scripts: generation of test scripts to be used during user acceptance testing by FCERA staff  Test Plan: compilation of overall test plan using test cases and test scripts in order to document the user acceptance testing process  User Acceptance Testing: assistance and management of FCERA staff through the final testing phase  Training: assistance to FCERA and to the software vendor on additional training requirementsProject management oversight: general oversight of the entire project, including coordination of key resources, and including coordination of other external agents, such as resources involved with interface testing, as well as County ITS for the installation and configuration of hardware and other commodity software for the technical environment.   • Restricted Areas All persons except DOC personnel, upon entering the grounds are restricted to the immediate area of their work assignment. In order to go to other areas, Contractor personnel must first obtain written permission from the supervisory correctional official in charge. Only persons having official business will be admitted to construction sites.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Work Area The specific work area and/or crew an employee reports to on a daily schedule. Work areas are generally smaller divisions of a larger Bid Area.

  • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). The Common Areas shall consist of the “Project Common Areas” and the “Building Common Areas.” The term “Project Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such by Landlord or areas within the Project that the occupants of the Building are permitted to utilize pursuant to a recorded declaration and which areas shall be maintained in accordance with the declaration. The term “Building Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building reasonably designated as such by Landlord. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS 16.01 The following paragraph is intended to define the normal hours of work and shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day, or per week, or of days of work per week.

  • Geographic Location .. The Buyer hereby warrants that the Buyer is not a party to a buyer representation agreement with any other registered real estate brokerage for the purchase or lease of a real property of the general description indicated above.

  • Geographic Area See Articles 70.1-70.5.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.
