Built-up Area. The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

Built-up Area. The built-up area of anApartment/Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit or any other unitTogether witharea covered by a Balcony/Balconies,attached with such Unit or any other unit And Together with 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balconyand any other Unit/Balcony And Together with100% (Hundred percent) of the area covered by all other external walls of the such Apartment/Unit and Balcony.
Built-up Area. The built-up area for the Villa or any other Villa shall mean the Carpet Area of such Villa and the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Residential Complex/ Flats and any other Residential Complex/ Flats and the niches/cupboard, elevation, treatment and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Residential units/ Flats.
Built-up Area. The built-up area for the Designated House Building shall mean the Carpet Area of each floor therein and Balcony and Terrace Areas and the area covered by all external walls of the such floor /Balcony. The built-up area of the Open Terrace includes the Open Terrace Area and the thickness of the parapet walls thereof.
Built-up Area shall in relation to the said Unit in the Building mean and include the covered/plinth area of such Unit and include the thickness of the external and internal walls thereof and columns therein PROVIDED THAT if any wall or column be common between two units, then one half of the area under such wall or column shall be included in the area of each such Unit.
Built-up Area. The built-up area for the said Unit or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area (covered with height of one or more floors) and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and 100% (one hundred percent) the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony and in case any open terrace is attached to any Unit and granted to the Allottee then 50% (fifty percent) built-up area of the Open Terrace shall also be included in the Built-up Area of such Unit.
Built-up Area. The built-up area for the Unit or anyotherUnitshallmeantheCarpetAreaofsuchUnitand Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the areacovered by those external walls which are commonbetweensuchUnit/BalconyandanyotherUnit/B alconyandtheareacoveredbyallotherexternal walls of the such Unit/Balcony. The built upareaoftheDoubleHeightBalconyincludestheDoubleH eightBalconyAreaincludingthethicknessof the parapet walls thereof and one-half of partitionwalls.
Built-up Area. The Built-Up Area of the Unit as mentioned in Part-I of Schedule-B is the inner measurement at its floor level and includes the area of its balcony, its projections, if any, the areas under its walls and where any of its walls is abutting another Apartment, one half of the area under such walls.
