Detailed Specifications. The Contractor will provide the necessary staff, services and associated resources to provide the City with the services, materials, and obligations attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A (“Detailed Specifications”) Contractor will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Contractor that are incident to the performance of the Detailed Specifications unless otherwise stated in Exhibit A. Contractor will supply all equipment and instrumentalities necessary to perform the Detailed Specifications. If set forth in Exhibit A, the City will provide Contractor’s personnel with adequate workspace and such other related facilities as may be required by Contractor to carry out the Detailed Specifications.
Detailed Specifications. The specifications shall be as comprehensive and complete as the 50% Design Documents permit. They shall address all relevant components/sections of the work and, where required by the scope of the Project, include equipment, capacities, and descriptions of structural, mechanical, and electrical and other special systems that impact the Project.
Detailed Specifications. 1) The contractor must be a qualified, licensed plumbing contractor who has a 365 day per year, 24-hour service department. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the plumbing industry. The contractor shall use trained and certified mechanics to perform the services, directly employed and supervised by him/her.
2) All mechanics shall have a copy of all required certifications and licenses on file. All persons operating a motor vehicle on the owners property must have a copy of the required motor vehicle license on file.
3) Repair work will be performed on an on-call basis as needed and determined by the Director of Maintenance or his/her designee. Response time for regular service calls must be within four (4) hours and for emergency calls within two (2) hours. The contractor must be available on a 24-hour basis in case of emergencies and shall employ an answering service or cellular telephone capable of reaching a service person twenty- four (24) hours a day. Answering machines are not acceptable.
4) The Summary of work covered under this contract shall include but not be limited to the following items: Plumbing service will be available as-needed on an on-call basis. Work may include assisting other contractors as necessary to remedy an emergency situation. A report of work performed shall be submitted with the invoice. The report will include the unit location, type, inspection type; and the findings and action taken on each unit.
5) The contractor shall give personal supervision to the work and shall employ a competent mechanic during the progress of the work. The contractor shall employ an efficient number of competent workmen who are experienced thoroughly in this type of work. It will be presumed that most jobs will require only one worker. When more than one worker will be on the job, advance agreement between the Director of Maintenance and his/her designee and the Contractor is required.
6) The contractor shall be required to be available, at no cost to the Owner, during the working day, at times mutually convenient to himself and a representative of the Amesbury Housing Authority for consultation regarding potential work, to visit work locations, and to prepare estimates. If requested by the Director of Maintenance or any other authorized representative of the Authority, the contractor will supply a written estimate of the work to be done. Detailed Specifications a. Landing Area Slash
i. Machine pile all slash (except for slash that is too small to be effectively piled), this would be defined as at least three inches diameter, and three feet in length, that is on the cleared landing, or any slash pushed up along the edge or off the landing during skidding and decking operations.
ii. Unless otherwise agreed, slash piles shall be located at least (25) feet from the crown, or drip line of any dead or live tree or equal- distance between standing dead or live trees, whichever is greater. Piles will be a minimum of (8) feet in height and (12) feet in diameter, where practicable and as compact as possible. Piles shall be reasonably free of dirt and rocks.
iii. Do not include stumps from landing construction, or any other stumps in the landing and decking area. Stumps will be yarded back into the unit in locations approved by the Forest Service.
iv. All material extending beyond the general contour of the piled slash shall be trimmed off and added to the pile.
Detailed Specifications. The Materials shall meet all requirements imposed upon such Materials by the plans, specifications and other technical information included as Attachment A, which is hereby incorporated as if set forth herein.
Detailed Specifications. 6.1. The vendor is responsible to provide all labor, materials, uniform shirts, vehicles, trailers, and commercial ground maintenance equipment.
6.2. Maintenance equipment must have turf-tires and industrial/commercial engines. Additionally, for trimming purposes, gasoline powered industrial/commercial type line trimmers and/or edgers and mowers are required.
6.3. In case of equipment failures, the vendor must also demonstrate the ability to obtain back-up equipment, either through ownership or through rental of such equipment.
6.4. All contractors’ vehicles shall be clearly marked with the company name.
6.5. The vendor shall require all personnel to be adequately trained in the necessary practices and techniques of ground maintenance, including but not limited to equipment use and safety.
6.6. A supervisor shall always be required to be on site at all times.
6.7. The vendor’s personnel shall at all times wear uniform shirts imprinted with company name and remain appropriately dressed at all times.
6.8. The vendor shall be responsible for pedestrian and vehicular safety in the work zones and shall provide warning devices, personnel, and/or signs, as needed in accordance with all City, Local, County, State, and Federal requirements.
6.9. No work shall be performed which will impede or restrict traffic flow between the hours of 7:00-9:00am and 4:00-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. All work shall be performed during daylight hours only. Weekend work is allowed when approved by the Parks & Recreation Director or detailed in the agreement/contract.
6.10. All work shall be performed in a professional manner using equipment and techniques that meet all industry standards and regulations.
6.11. The successful vendor shall furnish all chemicals, herbicides, insecticides, equipment, and labor. This service shall be performed using properly registered and labeled pesticide/herbicide products, devices, and poisoning programs approved by the State of Georgia. Services must meet all county, local, state and federal standards, laws, and regulations as well as EPA regulations.
6.12. It shall be the responsibility of the company providing the service to provide the City of Powder Springs, upon the City’s acknowledgement, a schedule at the beginning of the contract implementation date indicating time and day of service for each location.

Detailed Specifications. The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:
Detailed Specifications. All work performed under this contract will be coordinated by the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (PRCF). Except in cases of emergencies, as specified herein, the Contractor shall not begin work on any job until a cost estimate has been submitted and approved by the City’s PRCF Director or designee. Any job not authorized by the PRCF Director, or designee will not be honored by the City of Mesa for payment. Contractor shall furnish qualified journeyman-level electrical services and special repair work from time to time at the City of Mesa’s request. The Contractor shall provide their craftsman with the normal tools of the trade and transportation to move between required projects. The City will obtain multiple bids on jobs estimated at $25,000 or more through a competitive bidding process. The City reserves the right to quote items estimated at less than $25,000 if deemed advantageous to the City or to waive the multiple quotes requirement if necessary. Contractor’s failure to bid on three (3) or more projects within twelve (12) calendar months may be grounds for removal from this contract. A response is required, even if it is “No Bid.” The work to be performed and the time within which it should normally be completed shall be specified by the City of Mesa. A City of Mesa representative shall furnish the Contractor with such instruction, drawings, and specifications (verbally or in writing), as it deems necessary to accomplish the task required. The method of performing the work shall be the responsibility of the Contractor after consultation with the City's representative and in accordance with any plans/drawings/specifications for that project. The Contractor shall furnish experienced journeyman (documented) with the ability to perform all electrical replacements and/or repairs within City facilities related to PRCF Maintenance functions, including but not limited to:
A. Replacements and repairs of lighting.
B. Replacements and repairs of Electrical Panels, Switchgear, Power Distribution panels, Generators, and Transfer Switches.
C. Electrical work relating to repair, remodel/tenant improvements, replacement or preventative maintenance.

Detailed Specifications. Unless otherwise specified, service for routine contract pay items and special work items shall include furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, fuel, materials (unless provided by the City in accordance with these documents), insurance, bonding, and all other items incidental thereto which are necessary to perform the work as specified.
