New System Sample Clauses

The "New System" clause defines the requirements and expectations for the implementation or delivery of a new technological or operational system under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the specifications the new system must meet, the timeline for its deployment, and the responsibilities of each party during installation and testing. For example, it may require the supplier to provide training or support during the transition period. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of what constitutes the "new system," how and when it will be delivered, and to minimize disputes regarding performance or delivery obligations.
