TASK AREAS Clause Samples

The "Task Areas" clause defines the specific categories or types of work that are covered under an agreement. It typically lists or describes the main areas of responsibility, such as project management, technical support, or consulting services, to which the contract applies. By clearly outlining these task areas, the clause ensures that both parties understand the scope of work and helps prevent disputes over what is included or excluded from the agreement.
