JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 10.1 There will be thorough and complete job descriptions for all Officers of the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement in accordance with the Pasco County PPPM and Department Directives, and local ordinance. The creation and/or decision to amend job descriptions are a Management Right and the Employer retains the right to revise job descriptions in accordance with operational or administrative needs. In the event a permanent change to a job description(s) is required, the Employer will process such revision(s) in accordance with the Employer's established policies, directives and Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual.

Stewards may also be provided a copy of other bargaining unit job descriptions upon request.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long-term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value. The COO’s leadership role also entails being ultimately responsible for all day-to- day management decisions and for implementing the Company’s long and short-term plans. The COO acts as a direct liaison between the Board and management of the Company and communicates to the Board on behalf of management. Neither the Employee’s job title or his/her duties limits or defines what he/she may be required to do and the Company has the right at any time during his/her employment to require him/her to undertake any duties commensurate with those of the Managing Director, Europe, and falling within his/her role and responsibilities and capabilities even if they are undertaken by others from time to time or to require him/her to undertake another role within his/her capabilities as the Company’s business needs may from time to time determine.
