JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 10.1 There will be thorough and complete job descriptions for all Officers of the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement in accordance with the Pasco County PPPM and Department Directives, and local ordinance. The creation and/or decision to amend job descriptions are a Management Right and the Employer retains the right to revise job descriptions in accordance with operational or administrative needs. In the event a permanent change to a job description(s) is required, the Employer will process such revision(s) in accordance with the Employer's established policies, directives and Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual.
