Interim Compensation. During the period between a Determination of Temporary Incapacity and a Determination of Long Term Incapacity the Executive shall receive full Base Salary for the first six (6) months of any such period and 60% of Base Salary for any subsequent period prior to a Determination of Long Term Incapacity. The Company will pay for the cost of all physicians’ fees and testing not reimbursed by insurance. The amounts payable to the Executive under this Section shall be reduced by any benefits paid to the Executive pursuant to any disability insurance for which the premiums were paid by the Company (“Company Disability Insurance”).

Interim Compensation. Within three business days of the execution of this Agreement, NSR will pay to NCRR one-half of the remaining compensation to be paid to NCRR as back rental for the period ending December 31, 1999, pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding dated April 27, 1999, and shall pay the remainder of such back rental not later than December 31, 1999.
Interim Compensation. Reciprocal Compensation applies for the transport and termination of Local Traffic billable by GTE or Phone Michigan which a Telephone Exchange Service Customer originates on GTE's or BRE's network for termination on the other Party's network. The Parties shall compensate each other for such transport and termination of Local Traffic at the rate set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Parties disagree on the charging for ISP traffic (GTE feels this traffic is Interstate, Phone Michigan feels this traffic is Local), but will compensate each other as though the traffic is Local until an FCC or Commission order establishes the proper compensation of this traffic. Upon the effectiveness of that ISP related order the Parties will settle compensation for ISP Traffic retroactive to the effective date of this Agreement. Nothing in this Section 3.2.2 shall be interpreted to (i) change compensation set forth in this Agreement for traffic or services other than Local Traffic, including but not limited to internetwork facilities, access traffic or wireless traffic, or (ii) allow either Party to aggregate traffic other than Local Traffic for the purpose of compensation under this arrangement described in this Section 3.2.2, except as set forth in Section 3.1 above.
Interim Compensation. During the period from September 1, 2013 to and including February 28, 2014, your interim monthly base compensation will include an additional payment of $60,000 per calendar month (less applicable withholdings), payable in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll procedures and pro-rated for partial months. For the avoidance of doubt, such amount is (i) in addition to your compensation as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and (ii) not subject to reduction, even if a permanent Chief Executive Officer is retained by the Company prior to February 28, 2014. Interim Compensation. Prior to the date that the Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC (“N-2 Effective Date”), the Base Management Fee: (i) shall be an amount equal the aggregate of all salaries and other costs incurred by the Adviser in connection with the employment of personnel (e.g., salaries, signing bonus, expense reimbursement, medical insurance and other benefits provided to the Adviser’s employees) for the benefit of the Company, up to a maximum of $30,000 per month; (ii) shall be payable semi-monthly, on the first and fifteenth day of each calendar month; (iii) for any partial month or quarter shall be appropriately pro rated; and (iv) shall have begun accruing as of March 1, 2010. As of the N-2 Effective Date, the provisions of this Section 3(c) shall be superseded in their entirety by the provisions of Section 3(a).
